VAN OPERATOR OF THE YEAR AWARD

United Van Lines has approximately 4,000 van operators (drivers) nationwide. Each year United selects four of these as Van Operators of the Year-one from each of United's four divisions. In fiscal year 1999-2000 one of our van operators-WAYNE GREGAN-was selected for this award (click on picture for larger image). This is probably United's most difficult award to achieve and is indeed a very high honor for Wayne. In fiscal year 2000-2001 another of our van operators -TOM REDDING- was selected for this award. This is probably United's most difficult award to achieve and is indeed a very high honor for both Wayne and Tom. PRESIDENTS QUALITY AWARD

This particular award is recognized as the benchmark of quality for the moving industry. It is a great honor to be selected as the top quality agent in a system of almost 500 of the best moving and storage companies in the country. It is an even greater challenge to live up to this honor. In 1998 Golden Eagle was selected to receive the President's Quality Award. As a United Van Lines agent, we are considerably proud to have been recognized for this benchmark achievement.

CUSTOMER CHOICE AWARD

Less than 3% of United Van Lines agents are chosen each year to receive the Customer Choice Award, instituted by United Van Lines in 1993. This award is based entirely on extensive customer surveys and is given each year to those agents who score highest on these surveys. In 1993 Golden Eagle received the Customer Choice Award - Honorable Mention. Each year since then (1994 - 2002), we have been the recipient of this award.
